Welcome to Wavelet Patisserie! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we offer, including the purchase of artisanal pastries, custom cakes, gourmet tarts, traditional Singaporean kueh, and coffee and tea beverages, as well as our catering services.

2. Services Provided
Wavelet Patisserie offers a range of confectionery products and services, including:
- Artisanal pastries for individual purchase.
- Custom cake design and order fulfillment.
- Gourmet tarts and traditional Singaporean kueh.
- Coffee and tea beverages for in-store or pickup.
- Catering services for events, subject to specific agreements.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing for all products and services are listed on our platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of order placement for most items, especially custom orders and catering services. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site.
For catering services, a deposit may be required, with the balance due by an agreed date. Specific terms for catering will be provided in a separate agreement.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the product or service:
- Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard pastry or beverage orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
- Custom Cakes and Large Orders: Cancellations for custom cakes or other large orders require at least 72 hours' notice. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of preparation.
- Catering Services: Specific cancellation terms for catering will be outlined in your catering agreement.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Pickup and Delivery
Orders can be picked up at our premises: 11 Tanjong Pagar Road, Unit 01-05, Singapore, Singapore, 088434. Please adhere to your selected pickup time. Delivery services may be available within certain areas, subject to additional charges and scheduling. Details on delivery options and fees will be provided during the order process.
Wavelet Patisserie is not responsible for products once they have been picked up or successfully delivered to the customer.
6. Product Quality and Allergens
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the artisanal nature of our pastries, slight variations in appearance may occur. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions, please be aware that our products are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of order.
